A l'écoute et très réactifs, mes deux interlocuteurs (Mme et M.) ont trouvé un couple d'acquéreur, avec qui tout s'est très bien passé. Lors du "final" de la transaction, le jour de la signature de l'acte authentique, un accord a été trouvé par Mme et M., avec les acquéreurs, pour la coupe d'une parcelle "en fougères". Le suivi post vente (compteurs EDF et eau) à été réalisé par L'agence. Merci

Ce fut un plaisir de rencontrer des agents immobiliers bilingues qui ont compris à quel point le marché de l'achat immobilier est différent de celui du Royaume-Uni. Ils répondent rapidement aux demandes de renseignements initiales, aux e-mails et aux requêtes et sans poursuites sans fin, je recommanderais Leggetts à tout acheteur. Ils ont réduit de moitié mon travail de jambes.

The real estate manager was very engaged to get the deal done. He responded really quickly to all my (and the buyer's!) questions. All issues were solved to my satisfaction.

I chose Tamasin because she is fluent in both french and English and I felt this would mean I understood the process completely. Well what a bonus, she was extremely helpful and kept me informed on all that was occurring. When I chose sole agency, i was informed that they had a ' special' on and if they sold within 3 months I would have my diagnostics payment refunded, not a small amount. Well I was sceptical about this happening, but true to their word, the money was refunded. I cannot recommend Tamasin as an agent highly enough, she ticks all the boxes. Professional but friendly , efficient and always returned my calls . I hope not to be using an estate agent in the near future but if I do it will be Tamasin I call.
