Charlotte is more than just an estate agent, she made us feel at ease from the get go and she helped us with absolutely everything from selling our furniture to helping us find a chimney sweep! Couldn't have asked for a more supportive agent, she kept us up to date with everything during the whole process, lined up lots of viewings straight away and made sure we were happy and understood everything. Our French is very limited so having Charlotte who speaks fluent french and on hand to translate everything was so helpful. She's also kept in touch and is helping us with the last few bits post sale, highly recommend!
