We were so lucky Pierre took our house on. We'd been dreading going through the various procedures in our "not fluent" French but Pierre took all the worry and stress out of the process and arranged everything on our behalf. His English is excellent, which made communication really easy and the images on the website of the house and garden showed it off at its best. We'd expected the house would take a long time to sell, the market being a little quiet at the time but Pierre had viewings lined up for us virtually straight away and matched the prospective buyers to our property very well. It was a case of third time lucky because the third viewers bought it. We were able to move back to the UK and leave the house in Pierre's capable hands. An excellent immobilier!

Pierre had been highly recommended by two friends who had used him for their house sales and we were amazed at how simple he made the selling process for us. He assisted us through all the intricacies involved in the sale and did so with clarity and good humour. We had assumed we would get bogged down in the French system but he took time to explain exactly what was required by us and we couldn't believe it was all completed without any hitches in such a short time. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.

Le service de Pierre est irréprochable. Dès le début, il a été très diligent et ses conseils ont grandement facilité nos préparatifs. Ses actions pendant et après la vente ont assuré une transition en douceur aux acheteurs. Il a fait en sorte que tous les services publics, etc. soient résiliés, ce qui a été très utile car nous déménagions au Royaume-Uni. Le plus important pour nous était le fait que Pierre parle parfaitement anglais. Je recommande vivement Pierre pour l’achat ou la vente d’un bien immobilier en France
