Wonderful Property Purchasing Experience
Our agent, Pamela Vidal, was so helpful and professional from the beginning of our property search on line in the UK, to our subsequent visits to France to view properties and then finalise paperwork etc. The purchasing process was explained clearly, and everything we were told would happen actually did! Upon completion Pamela has been on hand to help with things like broadband and utilities etc.
Pamela helped us find our dream property in France, don’t think we could have done it without her and we are so grateful to her. Thank you! Xx

A Dummies Guide needed
The marketing of my property went well, but thereafter the process did not meet my expectations. In short, I needed a dummies guide to selling a property in France, but instead I faced constant demands for information and documentation without understanding why it was needed. This was stressful and caused tension with the agent. A checklist of what needs to be done, and whose responsibility it was (and bearing in mind I was domiciled in the UK), would have been very helpful.

Service way above our expectations.
In all honesty we had always been a little wary of using Leggett's because of it being so ex-pat focused; however the standard of service provided by our agent Mariska and the admin team has been brilliant. The worldwide advertising meant we had an offer from our first viewing within days of our property going live. We encountered a few delays during the sales process but this was always communicated and actions taken to resolve the situation. I have gone on to recommend Mariska to a couple of friends and will continue to do so, she is a credit to the agency.
