Our experience was all down to our fantastic estate agent, Nikki Bobeldijk. I’m not sure we would have bought our house if we hadn’t met her. She’s bi lingual which is key. Nothing was too much trouble. She patiently answered all our questions as we didn’t know the system in France. She organised things to be picked up when we were still in England, to make the move go smoothly. She even took me to the notarie to sign for the house! She was professional and accessible. Samantha Beard from Leggett Carcassonne made a great job by organising very fast our viewing of the house and helping through the negotiations with the seller. Later she was helping with the assignment of the French Notary work up to keeping the keys for us finally.
