Our purchaser was very keen and certain she wanted our house, but created many dramas and a lot of stress for us, the sellers. She was a frustrating lady to deal with and Emma stepped in and went over and above her job to keep the sale on track. She spent many hours with us; offering reassurance and good advice in her calm and unflappable way. She spent many more hours with the buyer, calming her muddled behaviour. She kept us informed at every stage of the sale. She visited us quickly each time the buyer created another problem that needed to be solved. She excelled in the way she handled what had become a nightmare for us as the sellers. We are so glad to have had Emma looking after us so professionally and diligently.

Emma is amazing. Gets everything put in place. Had report done next day, worked in evening and weekend. Sorted out plumbing etc. was fantastic with viewings and liaising with other agencies and the notaire. Kept me sane! Also warm and friendly person. I can’t recommend highly enough
