Above and beyond
To say our agent went above and beyond for us would be a grave understatement. As we are not from France and do not speak the language, we encountered many obstacles during the whole process. Although, not in her job description, she helped us with setting up services for the house and even deliveries. Most of all, what was clear from the get go was that she was very honest and pleasant. The communication was excellent and she responded swiftly to all our questions and concerns. Out of all the agents i have worked with in my life, she was surely the best. You can really tell that she cares about her clients - both the sellers and buyers. This purchase was a rather big step for our family, as we do not have any other properties overseas and she was the perfect person to guide us through the process.

We are happy to have met agent Stefania!
We flew to the French Riviera from another country. We saw properties in Nice, Cannes, Menton, but we liked Saint Raphael the best. Because here we met agent Stefania. Very responsive, smart and experienced. We had a choice. Stephanie showed us that Saint Raphael is a very peaceful, safe place. Where there are not so many tourists. Here is the sea, golf courses. Safe and peaceful city. Nice neighbors. It was difficult to open an account in France, but Stefania helped well, also concluded contracts for electricity, water, insuring the house.
We look forward to purchasing future properties in the French and Italian Riviera with Stephanie. Thanks for your help! We recommend this agent!
And yes, Stephanie is a good interior designer. We get good recommendations and create more spacious and modern interiors.
