Very good service, would definitely recommend
Our Leggett representative worked hard on our behalf, gave excellent advice and demonstrated very good knowledge of the market. We were kept up to date with progress and most of the paperwork was translated into English for ease of understanding. trés a l'écoute et trés bien accompagné
trés bonne prestation maison vendu en 3 mois
avec une personne trés a l'écoute et toujours présente au téléphone n'importe quand
la mise en valeur du bien par les photos ou videos fut irréprochable
une mise en relation avec l'acheteuse qui s'est trés bien passée
en bref si j'ai un bien a vendre ou a acheté je repasserais par votre agence avec marielle
comme intermédiaire merci

Very professional
We were very impressed by the professional service we received from Leggett, especially our designated agent Patrick Vaganay who could not do enough to ensure a smooth sale process. Beyond our expectation
Excellent service, found us several interested buyers in a just a few weeks and achieved the full asking price.

I have not been satisfied with the service that I was promised.
Having decided to go with Leggetts' Immobilier due to to their reputation and being offered their exclusive service for selling my property. From the very onset the offices in Rochebeaucourt were completely in the dark as to who was doing what - their being no team work and not answering questions when asked. Having sold my property within the first month of marketing and expecting all to be completed in the normal three months, finally in February having just completed! A dreadful agency never recommending anyone to use - It has taken seven and a half months - I'm lost for words and the upset this has caused myself - The amount of money they have made from the sale and not one email making an apology for all the upset and inconvenience caused. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.
Receiving this questionnaire in French is hopeless to myself, suggest you have at least an option for English - am I surprised, no!

Agent immobilier très avenante, professionnelle et très sympathique
Tout s'est très bien passé pour notre achat, l'agent immobilier s'est occupée de tout, a suivi le dossier très régulièrement et a été très patiente malgré quelques retards de notre part et administratifs.
Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir fait appel à Leggett et d'avoir eu N.W comme agent immobilier, on ne pouvait pas espérer mieux.
