Excellent quality of service
Vivien Lannie was an exceptional agent. She was very helpful in every quarter. Very patient and always available and ready to answer any questions I had......and there were plenty! I cannot think of any times that I felt unhappy or uncomfortable with advice that Vivien gave.

Excellent correspondence and organisational skills
Inge Sloekers était un excellent agent. Elle nous a tenus pleinement informés à tout moment et a été très rapide à répondre chaque fois que je lui ai envoyé un e-mail. Elle était également extrêmement amicale et serviable dans tous les aspects de la vente.
Nous sommes allés voir une autre maison avec Inge, que nous n’avons pas aimée et elle a suggéré de visiter la maison que nous avons finalement achetée car elle pensait que nous pourrions l’aimer, elle avait raison car nous l’avons tous les deux adoré et avons fait une offre le même jour !
Nous tenons à exprimer nos sincères remerciements à Inge pour son excellent service et son professionnalisme.

The brilliant immoblier
Our experience was all down to our fantastic estate agent, Nikki Bobeldijk. I’m not sure we would have bought our house if we hadn’t met her. She’s bi lingual which is key. Nothing was too much trouble. She patiently answered all our questions as we didn’t know the system in France. She organised things to be picked up when we were still in England, to make the move go smoothly. She even took me to the notarie to sign for the house! She was professional and accessible. We couldn’t have done it with out her. Thank you Nikki.

A seamless, comprehensive process of sale.
Leggetts documentation and process is well conceived and impressive.
The marketing provided a far reaching scope , better than any other immobilier we had investigated.
The appointment of Alain Montel, was quick and over several months he has shown a high standard of professional attitude to the process of sale.
The result in our house sale was 5 possible buyers from a range of different European countries and one of them eventually purchased.
Alain was a very helpful guide in interpreting French expectations during the process e.g. diagnostics, contracts e.t.c.
The only downside for us, was that we both experienced some difficulty on the occasions we were asked to use digital signatures ! We feel this process could be improved given that our experience of digital signatures with Lumon. (our broker), was straightforward.
Right down to the last day of sale, Alain kept his cool when he had some difficulty with keys and locks !
