A great result for everyone
MV worked hard from the outset to sell our house.
The photography and Matterport walk through were exceptional quality and displayed the property to full advantage. The set up process was completed quickly and uploaded to the MV website to achieve maximum exposure.
The whole MV selling team visited for pre sale familiarisation.
We had good viewings and a buyer at 97% of the asking price.
MV educated us about the sale process in Provence and what to expect.
The sale went as quickly as possible with a trouble free completion.
We would recommend the services of MV to anyone in their area looking for a serious no nonsense professional agency.

Native English Agent
After scouring the area for houses and dealing with a multitude of agents am just very pleased Maison Victoire had the house we wanted as having a native english speaker as your agent was a much more efficient method for the purchase. Stewart our agent was professional and provided invaluable insight and after sales personal touches was much appreciated. This new purchase gives us a total of 4 properties in France and in my experience it is always better to deal with a professional native english speaker than not.

good quality of advise and patience with showing us around different houses
We were very happy with our real estate agent who was very patient showing us many houses. We also appreciated that with Maison Victoire we could talk in English especially for the complicated legal matters and with the notaire.
The only thing we were a bit disappointed is that the handover of the house was very short and we missed explanations about the main water supply (we forgot to ask), water well (as the gardener is not here anymore there is no one to ask), water softener "machine" (we never had such a thing). Furthermore the previous owner left too much stuff in the garden house and in the house (dozens of cleaning bottles, pestizides etc- we do not use we had to get rid of). We would have expected to be told that the gate opener does not work (according to the electrician).
Other than that we are very happy and pleased with the work and information we received.
