Best & Most Satisfying Experience
We are very satisfied by services and professionalism, exhibited by Mr. Dominique Gerardin during the course of our purchase of property in France in Trouville-Sur-Mer. During this uneasy period of time (COVID-19 pandemic), we were able to purchase this great property, with great deal of help and support by Mr. Dominique Gerardin while we reside in the US and for obvious reasons were unable to be present in France during the purchase. Mr. Dominique Gerardin was able conduct a video tour of the property at the most professional level we could possibly expect. Furthermore, Mr. Dominique Gerardin answered all our questions, and we had quite a few. He well organized, coordinated and executed all required inspections, recommended an excellent Notary (“Notarie”) service which seamlessly concluded all purchase paperwork in the timely manner and successfully closed the deal. Mr. Dominique Gerardin was able to take field measurements we requested, which helped us to obtain necessary information for us to assemble detailed architectural drawing of the property we purchased on AutoCad. Overall, we are very satisfied with his services and highly recommend Mr. Dominique Gerardin as a knowledgeable real estate professional. Monsieur GERARDIN est un agent immobilier très cordial, disponible, attentif, qui a su gérer les différents rendez vous pour les diagnostiques rapidement et proposer des intervenants à un prix raisonnable.
