Outstanding! We could not be more grateful. Friendly, engaging and super efficient, Jean-Christophe sold our house within a couple of weeks and at the asking price. He has a reputation for excellence and accuracy of pricing with which we completely concur. His outstanding English meant that he could successfully communicate and negotiate in either language and his help with the intricacies of the system has been invaluable. Without Jean- Christophe, we would never have achieved our goal, either with our sale or our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble including telephoning the relevant service companies to organise contracts. We would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home in this area. Brilliant!

We have found Jean-Christophe to be an extremely efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful agent. The excellent photos he had taken of the property we bought were far superior to any other agency and really made us want to view the property. He answered email and telephone messages almost instantly and nothing was too much trouble. In fact, he always seemed to be one step ahead of us and was ready with answers before we even asked them ! He then sorted out the transfer of all the utilities on our day of completion - we could never imagine an agent in the U.K. being that helpful. He made our experience of buying a property in France a very stress free and pleasurable one. We would have no hesitation in using him again or in recommending him to friends or relatives looking to purchase property in France. Merci beaucoup Jean-Christophe !
