Professional, helpful, and friendly
Kristin and Marc have been incredibly helpful, very professional and truly friendly. They’ve been highly engaged and supportive with us as buyers along the entire process with finding a notary and guiding us through the specifics of the contracts through to the very last steps and even after the purchase. They even helped with getting a quote for the installation of AC in the apartment.
They’ve gone above and beyond to make sure that all parties remained happy during what can be a complex process in France, especially when French is not your first language.
We highly recommend Kristin and Marc to anyone trying to find or sell their property in Villefranche-sur-Mer and the surrounding area.

Great service - both when I sold my apartment and bought a new one
Marc and Kristin was very helpful when I had the interest to buy and new and larger apartment in Villefranche. They were very proactive and identified possible apartments, and was able to present a very interesting apartment just when it came on the market. With their help I was able to sign a contract for the purchase of this apartment. Subsequently, they assisted me with the sale of my old apartment, and quickly found a buyer for me. Very satisfied with the service.

Outstanding team to work with!
To say that Kristin and Marc at Riviera King were helpful is an understatement! Kristin spent a day in the rain with us, touring the many apartments we had requested to see. Plus, based on what she knew about us, she had other places available for us to view. Kristin knew our time in France was short on that trip, and she helped us to make the most of it. There was never any pressure and Kristin spent a lot of time helping us to understand the process. Kristin and Marc’s support didn’t end once we made our purchase. Their connections with others who could help us after we made settlement have been invaluable. We feel like we already have a small community of neighbors in Villefranche. I can’t recommend Riviera King highly enough. Who would have thought that buying a property in another country would be so easy. We feel like it was only that easy thanks to Riviera King, especially Kristin!

The best purchase and sale experience among many we have had.
The staff of Riviera King by Akorimmo, Marc and Kristin, exceeded our expectations at every turn. They were knowledgeable regarding the market, kind, listened to our requirements and goals and were very easy to communicate with whenever there was a question. All details were addressed in a timely fashion making the process of finding a new home as low stress as possible. They anticipated issues that arose and solved them with alacrity. On the sale side of things, they were equally knowledgeable about the market and gave excellent advice. They were able to list the property widely and held events to highlight the property. As a consequence , the property was sold well within our expectations. Their communication skills were a key factor in the smooth process and resulted in pleased buyers as well as ourselves. When the need arises, we will make their agency and them our first call.
