Excellent Agent - Sonya Cap Ferrat
Sonya Clarke at Engel & Voelkers Cap Ferrat was a delight to deal with and she went out of her way to make the whole buying process as smooth as possible. Her knowledge of the market and how the French system works was in depth and I believe she went that extra mile to make this a happy and fluid process and I am sure went beyond her remit. I was impressed that Sonya made herself so available, even out of hours or when on vacation, to help with my queries.
I found Sonya’s approach to be very refreshing and believe her to be a very effective and personable estate agent and feel very lucky to have had her to help me through the whole process
Excellent and so good to have an agent who speaks English. My French is pretty poor so it was incredibly helpful. The process was swift and communication and response to messages instant, even out of normal office hours. The after-care has also been there which I think is pretty impressive.
