Brilliant !
New proud and happy new owner of a 600-something-year-old stone house.
Humble little holiday house, at the bottom of the price list. Nonetheless, the whole process was made possible from Hong Kong (where we live) thanks to the extraordinary assistance and professional, yet friendly advice we received. From guiding us through the administration processes to fixing unfortunate last minute technical issues, everything has simply been fantastic.

A great experience with a friendly, knowledgeable agent
Having already dealt with a few agents in the region who didn’t seem to want to fully engage with us and our search for our future French home, meeting Vanessa felt like a breath of fresh air. Vanessa showed us several properties, one of which we particularly liked and she assisted in arranging for a local builder to look over the property for us and stayed the course with us during a lengthy negotiation and decision making process. We have since completed on our fabulous French home and couldn’t be happier. Having Vanessa’s support through the buying process was invaluable.

Die Immobilienmaklerin, Frau E. C-K, hat uns bei dem Verkauf unseres Hauses auf unglaublich freundliche, zuverlässige und vor allem vertrauenswürdige Weise unterstützt. Ihre Unterstützung ging weit über das notwendige und zu erwartende Mass hinaus. Dies gilt vor allem für Behördengänge, die Übersetzerin und andere notwendige Abmeldungen(EDF, SUEZ, USTOM etc.). Sie war jederzeit erreichbar oder rief sehr zeitnah zurück. Wir sind E. sehr, sehr dankbar. Ohne sie hätten wir unser Haus nicht so schnell und unkompliziert verkaufen können, da sind wir uns sicher. Wir würden jederzeit wieder auf die Beratung und Unterstützung von E. zurückgreifen. Mehr als 5 Sterne sind leider nicht zu vergeben, gedanklich haben wir aber einen sechsten Stern hinzugefügt.

Anne Hulme was excellent
We have recently sold our house in France using Anne Hulme of Leggetts who gave excellent service.
It was through Anne that we originally bought the property and it seemed a no brainier to use her for the sale.
