Yacine has been the best estate agent I have ever used on two continents. He listened to what I needed. He found me what I wanted. The sale of the apartment had many issues on the seller side. The seller agent did little to remedy them. Yacine took care of all the issues despite them not being his problem. He always had my best interest in mind and went above and beyond to help in any way he could. After the sale he is still helping me navigate things I need.
