My husband and I first met Claire Brown approximately 17 years ago when we bought our Maison Secondaire. A year ago, we reluctantly decided that the time had come to sell our house. Although Claire had not worked for Leggets immobilier for very long, we knew the time was right for us to sell, because we had the perfect person as an agent, knowing that Claire is honest, trustworthy and caring. Every part of the selling process was dealt with in a professional manner, from the excellent photographs, taking clients to the house, and dealing with the numerous agencies. All of this made it so much easier with us being in the UK, and Claire was in touch regularly by email, whatsapp and phone. We did have a problem when the first buyer/ sale fell through, but Claire quickly found another buyer who was perfect for the property. Claire is very conscientious and really does go 'over and above' for her clients, so the final signing at the notaires went smoothly.

Recommendations to present the property to the best effect and supporting photography gave a very impressive listing, together with sound advice for the sale price.. The property was sold in our absence after just one day of being listed, thanks to Leggets and their agent Claire. Once the sale had been agreed the service continued to be first class and we were kept updated by e-mail as the buyers progressed with their arrangements. The final closure with the notaire went like clockwork as Claire had ensured that all of the paperwork was in order. A first class service.

The representative was professional and friendly at the same time, and did a great job. Fair, organised, balanced, responsive. If only every experience with an estate agent was like this.

Notre agent Carol a vendu notre propriété avec succès malgré les retards, les difficultés et les frustrations en cours de route. Carol nous a soutenus pour nous assurer que nos taxes étaient payées, a pris toutes les dispositions nécessaires avec le notaire et a assisté au rendez-vous de signature avec nous. Lorsque nous avons rencontré des problèmes d'électricité dans notre nouvelle propriété (achetée par l'intermédiaire d'un autre agent dans une autre région de France), elle a organisé l'annulation de notre precedent service EDF et a meme négocié un nouveau contrat en notre nom. Nous n'hésiterons pas à utiliser à nouveau Leggetts pour leur service complet, amical et professionnel.
