Joanna Karatas was the agent for the sale of our house. Kendra and I found her superbly compatible with the character of the property and our own needs. This allowed her to accurately perceive the market possibilities such a property would offer and then to communicate effectively with potential buyers. We were entirely impressed with the efficiency of Joanna’s work but also with the personable quality of her interactions. Best of all we enjoyed her contribution to what is usually an arduous task. We congratulate ourselves for having found such an unusually pleasant and effective agent and we are now able to encounter her as a neighbor in our new home town.

We were referred to Elizabeth L. and could not be happier. Based in the UK, we couldn't be there to arrange and accompany the various surveyors we needed and find the additional services we needed to prepare for the sale. Elizabeth was proactive in arranging these without us asking her and communicated with us every step of the way to completion. I cannot recommend Elizabeth highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to contact her again, should we ever need it.

I looked for a number of houses before buying mine and found a variation in service from your company but David was outstanding and I promised that if I ever sold my house, I would use him. He has sold my property with efficiency and professionalism throughout the process. Communication is key for me and David did not disappoint.

I chose Tamasin because she is fluent in both french and English and I felt this would mean I understood the process completely. Well what a bonus, she was extremely helpful and kept me informed on all that was occurring. When I chose sole agency, i was informed that they had a ' special' on and if they sold within 3 months I would have my diagnostics payment refunded, not a small amount. Well I was sceptical about this happening, but true to their word, the money was refunded. I cannot recommend Tamasin as an agent highly enough, she ticks all the boxes. Professional but friendly , efficient and always returned my calls . I hope not to be using an estate agent in the near future but if I do it will be Tamasin I call.
