The marketing of my property went well, but thereafter the process did not meet my expectations. In short, I needed a dummies guide to selling a property in France, but instead I faced constant demands for information and documentation without understanding why it was needed. This was stressful and caused tension with the agent. A checklist of what needs to be done, and whose responsibility it was (and bearing in mind I was domiciled in the UK), would have been very helpful.

Initial response and service very good. As time progressed we had no interest in the property and therefore little contact. Eventually, we did receive an offer
but the communication was limited.
