Was unsure as Leggett seem to have a bit of a stranglehold on British buyers BUT our particular Immoblier is fabulous, so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. She kept the whole purchase moving along ( there were a few hold ups due to legal hoops to jump through) and helped us with any queries , replying when really she should have been putting her feet up!

Mike Goldsmith represented us in the sale of a house we have owned in France for over 30 years. Mike was highly responsive and full of useful advice to execute the sale quickly. After we had reviewed comparables and I decided on a price, Mike was able to generate a full price offer on the day BEFORE the actual listing. This offer subsequently resulted in a successful closing of the sale. Mike displayed a great sense of who the likely buyers might be and how best to position the house for them. We met James Tulloch a year ago when we enquired about buying a house in the Pyrenees Orientale. He showed us 2 properties after our brief. The second was perfect and we made an offer the next day. Over the following months James was always at our side during this exciting, but scary and daunting process. He answered all of our questions as well as many others that we hadn't thought of. Donna Tulloch was excellent in all respects. Good attention to detail and follow up. Very professional with a great sense of humour. This was a painless and pleasant transaction. Our house was unusual with a value approaching 1M euros, so it was in a thin market. Donna found a buyer at the first attempt.

Estate agent was very good and proactive. Translations of CdV very helpful. The estate agent worked really hard with viewings and organised diagnostics and various trademen needed to make the house ready for sale. She saw the process through from start to finish, attending the final sale meeting.

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Leggetts. Our agent, Lynn was especially helpful throughout the process. She kept us well informed and answered any queries very speedily. She was friendly albeit very professional. We would highly recommend Lynn should anyone else in our area be looking for an immobilier.
