I had confidence in our Estate Agent, David Searle from the outset. He was knowledgeable in every aspect of the sale, answering all my questions (and there were quite a few) with professionalism and patience. He swiftly found us the right buyer for our property and the whole process was stress free from start to finish. Took around 5 months, you can’t get better than that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

My property was not an easy sell, but Kirsty persevered and worked with potential buyers, securing the final resolution. I would recommend her absolutely. I don't know anything about Leggett in general, only my own personal experience with my agent.

I could not have asked for a better agency and agent to handle the sale of my property (in Brittany) as I would not be in France to oversee any of it. Our agent was very professional at all times and took control of everything, arranging the diagnostic report, getting a builder to repair a chinney stack, recommending a garden maintenance company, smoothing things with some challenging neighbours, accompamying me to the notaire to sign a power of attorney and providing final meter readings. She kept both me and the purchaser up to date at every stage and was just so calm and professional all the time. I highly recommend Leggett if all their agents are as competent as our agent. My agreement with Leggett was as sole agent as they would refund the cost of the diagnostic report if they sold the property. The sale was completed in 6 months.

We bought a house in Canet with Adriana’s help. She went out of her way to support our viewings and keep us well informed about the views of the seller so we had a realistic understanding of their expectations. Once we committed to buy, Adriana helped us through the French purchasing system, identified possible project managers to help with the refurbishment and continued to support us. It was service well above what you’d normally expect with an estate agent and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you again.
