I had the pleasure of dealing with Gerry and Vanessa who are absolutely amazing! We're South African buyers and we had some issues moving our funds over from SA during a house purchase process. It was a hugely stressful and debilitating time but both of these incredible women were always available with support, encouragement and assistance. It took a little while to find our feet again but we finally, with their help, bought a house. Their service did not stop there - they helped with utilities, recommendations, advice. We have sold our house and have bought our new home with leggett company. We were very happy with our agent in Charente Elodie Monnier siret nr:89484517100020 , she sold our home but she was there for us and helped us through the hard time that we’ve been going through,she becomes a friend.
But in other hand other agent whom we bought our new home not happy at all, she wasn’t honest with the problems in the house, she took days to reply my message and emails.Her name is Anne Hulme siren: 4931454940

New proud and happy new owner of a 600-something-year-old stone house.
Humble little holiday house, at the bottom of the price list. Nonetheless, the whole process was made possible from Hong Kong (where we live) thanks to the extraordinary assistance and professional, yet friendly advice we received. From guiding us through the administration processes to fixing unfortunate last minute technical issues, everything has simply been fantastic.

Having already dealt with a few agents in the region who didn’t seem to want to fully engage with us and our search for our future French home, meeting Vanessa felt like a breath of fresh air. Vanessa showed us several properties, one of which we particularly liked and she assisted in arranging for a local builder to look over the property for us and stayed the course with us during a lengthy negotiation and decision making process. We have since completed on our fabulous French home and couldn’t be happier. Having Vanessa’s support through the buying process was invaluable.
