I just purchased a magnificent apartment in Villefranche sur Mer - this is the most beautiful fishing town in Cote D’Azur. The customer service is exceptional from Kristin and her husband Marc- bar none. They help me step by step and also has a team of professionals ready to help - from the renovation s, property management, the loan officer, the notaire, the bank contact and the contact of the lady that sets up electricity and Internet. Kristin made my process so much easier as I am buying in a foreign country which structures Realestate purchases differently than in US.

Kristin was a pleasure to work with, having done a thorough search of homes on the market matching our requested desires, as well as showing us a couple really special places which exceeded our expectations. The staff is bi-lingual and knowledgable about Villefranche, Nice and the greater Nice market. She helped with the negotiations of our purchase, as well as turning on the utilities, getting insurance and even finding someone to do our renovations. We couldn't have done it without her!

My husband and I are from the United States. It has always been our goal to retire to Europe but the varying real estate and tax laws as well as the language barrier seemed daunting. Finding Riviera King-Akorimmo Real Estate has been indispensable! Kristin is a native English speaker from the USA and Marc is a native French speaker from Nice, France. We have found this to be an awesome combination! When I say we could not have done this without them it is an understatement. From the negotiation process to closing over-seas, they have been immediately responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We purchased our home without visiting in person-something I thought I would never do! Kristin worked tirelessly doing multiple video visits to the property. She took the time to question neighbors and the current owner about our concerns. Marc made a 360° video tour for us to view. This is by far the easiest real estate transaction I have made and all from a distance. After the sale, Kristin put me in touch with a company started by an American in Paris. She helps with all of your needs including money transfer services, setting up a French bank account, arranging and installing Wifi, transferring of all utilities, obtaining homeowners insurance-the list is endless. Kristin also has arranged for us to work with Riviera Holiday Homes as a rental agency and Lucienne and her team have been amazing. Marc provided information on all of the new tax responsibilities for owners and renters. After the sale, Kristin has met people at our home to install Wi-Fi. She has attended a Syndic (French HOA) meeting for us in our absence and lobbied for our requests and concerns. She has arranged for and met with a contractor and an architect with us both over videoconference and in person. She truly is marvelous! The absolute best part of this entire transaction has been visiting our new home and meeting Kristin and Marc and all of the wonderful people in our village. Kristin and Marc took an entire weekend day to show us our new place! We ate lunch, went for a long hike along the coast and learned so much about our home and its surroundings. We ended the day with a glass of wine on the beach. It was simply sublime. At Riviera King, there are good, decent, hard-working agents to find you your dream home. Jeg brukte Kristin som megler for å kjøpe min første leilighet i Villefranche-Sur-Mer. Hun var ekstremt hjelpsom hele veien, og forklarte prosessen av å kjøpe leilighet i Frankrike godt.
