Nick Evans is wonderful
I consider myself extremely luck to have met Nick Evans and have gotten him for my agent. Not only is he an excellent realtor but also he is one of the best people-- warm, encouraging, helpful-- I‘ve ever met as well.
I knew immediately when we met in France at my house that he would be perfect for my circumstances. I could not be on hand for the details because I live in the US, yet I never dreamed that an international sale would be so easy. He handled every aspect of the sale for me from organizing and scheduling the necessary diagnostic tests, helping with complicated payment arrangements, and solving the few difficulties I had in processing and signing electronic documents. Nick was uncannily prompt in answering emails, almost immediately it sometimes seemed, and was always free to talk on the phone if necessary. I was never left wondering about the status of my sale.
When the sale was completed, he arranged for transferring the funds from France to the US. Every transaction went smoothly.
And besides all of that, Nick even helped me with personal arrangements for packing and storing my belongs at a time when it was difficult for me to come to France. This help went far beyond the call of duty.
Even though my sale was not a large one, I never felt I was being treated any differently from any other client. I only wish I could work with him on my future sales and moves.

Experience of the process
Unfortunately not proactive. Sale almost came by accident. Need to be more engaging with seller and potential buyers.
We used 4 Agents as no exclusivity. Only one was very proactive giving excellent feedback throughout the process. They were also very engaging with everyone they showed around our property.

Very good quality of service all over!
Samantha Beard from Leggett Carcassonne made a great job by organising very fast our viewing of the house and helping through the negotiations with the seller. Later she was helping with the assignment of the French Notary work up to keeping the keys for us finally.
It was a very professional and very kind service, we recommend this excellent service very much.

Excellent personalised service
Clive and Françoise made our house selling a very pleasant experience. They made a great video of the house and kept us informed at all stages of the process, to a very successful conclusion. They offered a very comprehensive service from start to finish and were very patient, because at times our demands were complicated. Their advice, such as the recommendation for a diagnostics expert, was really helpful. I would definitely recommend them and we hope to use their services again.
