House sale in Lairole, Ariege
Initially very pleased with Nicholas. But, the house sold and A request came from Nicholas for the buyer to move in before completion. We agreed at 300 euros per month. She was there for 2 months but never paid the 2nd 300 euros.
Her excuse was that "the notaire took too long"! As the request came from Nicholas on her behalf we feel that Leggett's are partly responsible and that as an estate agent he should have drawn up a contract. Why did he not do this?

Very satisfied with the service
The service was excellent, prompt responses to all enquiries and any information sought was given in a timely manner. Our house purchase went through very smoothly with minimum fuss or and we were guided through everything we need to do for it to happen. Très bonne agence
Our agent Mathilde was incredible, really effective at selling our house and a fantastic communicator. As the sale progressed she was always on hand to help with questions and with the process. All in all Leggett and Mathilde were amazing.

Très bonne mais très cher
We had a brilliant agent who was super efficient which for France is very refreshing but we are shocked at the charges but familiar to France as competition is frowned on
We recently sold in Spain for comission of 3% and the service was even better and we sold within a week
