Mise en vente d'un appartement à Bordeaux.
Large diffusion de notre annonce et un compromis a été signé au bout de six mois, l'appartement a été vendu et nous avons perçu le règlement en moins de dix mois à compter de la signature du mandat.

Sarah was so helpful going above and beyond to sell our father's flat in Bordeaux. She helped sort out to many practical issues for us as we live in England and could not come over frequently to resolve such issues. She found a buyer very quickly and guided us through the French Sale process. She made a difficult and emotional sale very easy and smooth. when we encountered last minute issues she gave level headed advice and got the sale over the line for us. We are hugely grateful and would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah.

14.12.2024Really can’t recommend Sarah highly enough - 10 stars!
Sarah helped us in relation to the sale of our late father’s apartment. It was an emotional sale and also logistically difficult with us being in England and the flat being in Bordeaux and non of us speaking good enough French to navigate the sales process.
Sarah went above and beyond, helping us with things outside of her remit such as furniture disposal, repairs in the apartment and organising collection of keys from the cleaners and delivery to the notaire in our absence.
Sarah was calm and reassuring throughout even during a very tricky completion and we genuinely believe if it hadn’t been for her we wouldn’t have made the sale. She’s definitely one to have in your corner.
Sarah was responsive and available via WhatsApp at all hours which was extremely helpful when we, as sellers, are three sisters in different parts of the UK with different hours of availability due to work. She also always made herself available in person when we were in France.
Above all Sarah is a truly lovely person and a real pleasure to deal with. She’s very knowledgeable and experienced and gave us sound advice.
I honestly can’t rate or recommend her highly enough. If there was a 10 star option she would get all 10.
You won’t regret it if you ask her to help you with your sale.
She also speaks impeccable English which for us was a real bonus.

Nous avons acheté un bien avec Sarah Frehel via IAD France et le service a été bien au-delà de nos attentes.
