Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous écrire même si nous sommes assez surpris de ce retour. La fosse a été vérifiée et n'avait effectivement pas besoin d'être vidangée, les anciens propriétaires ne l'ayant quasiment pas utilisée depuis qu'elle avait été changée. En ce qui concerne la cheminée, elle a bien été ramonée et le notaire était en possession du certificat qui l'attestait donc nous ne comprenons pas cette remarque. Pour les prix du marché, nous avons conscience que cela peut être un frein mais nous n'avons malhreusement pas de pouvoir là-dessus...
