Selling our property in France was made very straight forward and easy by Jane Healey. She went over and above her job in our view. And she ensured that everything was done at each step. From the very first meeting, to taking the photographs and writing up the description, to overseeing the surveys, communications with the buyers, ourselves, the contracts department, the notaire, Jane was there ensuring that everything went smoothly - which it did. We cannot believe how easy she made things and it was reassuring to know that Jane was on the ground sorting everything out as we were remote from the location of the property. If all of Leggett's Agents are as thorough and professional as Jane then they can't go wrong. Not forgetting Alex in the Contracts Department, who answered our questions promptly and honestly. Would thoroughly recommend Leggetts particularly Jane.

Initial response and service very good. As time progressed we had no interest in the property and therefore little contact. Eventually, we did receive an offer but the communication was limited.

Was unsure as Leggett seem to have a bit of a stranglehold on British buyers BUT our particular Immoblier is fabulous, so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely nice. She kept the whole purchase moving along ( there were a few hold ups due to legal hoops to jump through) and helped us with any queries , replying when really she should have been putting her feet up!

Once I had asked for whatever it was delivered. But I would have liked more anticipation and pro-activness. I have missed Alexis everyday

We met James Tulloch a year ago when we enquired about buying a house in the Pyrenees Orientale. He showed us 2 properties after our brief. The second was perfect and we made an offer the next day.
