When it rains hard and the wind blows on the balcony doors, rainwater leaks under the doors, which happened the night before departure and the living room was largely flooded in the morning, resulting in wet curtains, floor mat and a rug that lay over the sofa. There is a key in those balcony doors, but those doors cannot be locked. Fortunately, there was a mop and bucket to mop the floor. In the kitchen we found almost all cutlery, kitchen knives, plates, glasses, cleaning cloths etc. a bit sticky or just dirty. There is also a note from the cleaning service that is recommended to clean everything before use. Washing dishes was also a bit tricky, there was no stop for the sink and a washing-up bowl is missing. There is a barrel washer, but that also takes a lot of time. The boiler for the hot water leaks when water is heated, and that ticking irritates at some point. The bathroom and toilet function fine, but in our opinion they need a facelift. The contact with Foncia is limited to picking up and returning the key at a location in another town. When checking in and out, Foncia imposes a lot of obligations, all via digital forms. And that must be done within certain periods, otherwise fines may follow. At check-in, you will be asked for a number of topics whether you have found them good, useful or bad. We indicated that the kettle and TV were bad, due to the lack of the kettle and a TV without a single channel is also not usable. And we had indicated the condition of the kitchen as usable (dirty is not unusable). But you can expect the landlord to have checked all that himself. At check-out, you will even be asked for photos of living room and bedrooms. There was no response to the problems reported at check-in, and these points were not known when the key was returned. When we wanted to discuss the leak with Foncia on the morning of departure, the phone was not answered. We called at least 6 times between 8 and 9 o'clock in the morning without result. When returning the key and presenting the inconveniences we experienced in our limited French, we didn't feel heard and the girl who spoke to us felt very uncomfortable and couldn't do anything. All in all, we find it very strange that such a company does not have a good communication with domestic and foreign guests. This applies to both personal contacts and digital processes, which can largely only be handled in French. And respond to signals that are reported digitally and pick up the phone within office hours. Finally, we wonder what the 300 euro deposit is based on. From the whole approach, we feel a great distrust towards us as tenants.

Gewünschte Kontaktaufnahme nur über QR Code hat mir nicht gefallen, zumal wir im Haus keine Verbindung hatten. Beim Check in konnte man nur ja oder nein bewerten, keine Detailangaben waren möglich, wie z.B. : nicht alles sauber (Kühlschrank, Teller, ...) aber überwiegend! Toaster war in unakzeptablem Zustand, dies wurde von Ihnen nicht so gesehen, schließlich bekam ich ihn doch noch ausgetauscht, aber mit einem zuvor gebrauchten! Ausstattung mit Gartenliegen war dürftig, nur eine! Ebenso kein Wäscheständer vorhanden, nur Wäscheleinen im Garten, so dass bei Regen kein Trocknen der Wäsche mögich war! Meine Nachfrage dazu wurde damit beantwortet, dass dies Sache des Eigentümers sei! Ebenso wurde immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass die Wohnung (unter anderem auch der Kühlschrank) geputzt verlassen werden müssen, obwohl eine Endreinigung im Preis enthalten war! Selbstverständlich ist für mich die Wohnung aufgeräumt und besenrein zu verlassen, aber nicht frisch geputzt, wenn ich Reinigung bezahle! Bei der Agence Rodriguez war immer eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, die mich seit Jahren gekannt hat und wusste, dass wir ordentliche und zuverlässige Mieter sind. Das fehlt mir bei Foncia, es ist sehr unpersönlich. Allerdings möchte ich nicht vergessen zu erwähnen, dass wir uns darüber gefreut haben, dass uns anstelle des von uns bevorzugten jedoch nicht freien Hauses diese sehr gute Alternative angeboten worden ist. Gerne würden wir im kommenden Jahr auf eines der beiden wieder zurückkommen.

L'état des lieux à l'arrivé comme au départ se fait par uniquement sur un site Foncia en envoyant trois photos. Foncia Oléron ne se déplace pas et donc situation très compliquée à gérer si vous rencontrez des problèmes comme cela nous est arrivés. je ne recommande pas du tout, A EVITER !

La maison est bien située et a 2 vraies chambres en plus de la pièce a vivre. La SdB un peu limite si nous avions été 2 couples. Globalement très satisfaits du rapport qualité/prix

Très bon séjour dans un maison très agréable et bien située à la Cotiniere
